CB Richard Ellis, one the largest vertically integrated real estate services company and property manager of Joy-Nostalg Center, signs letter of intent with BoNa Coffee Company to be the exclusive Coffee shop to service the 41 story serviced apartment and office building.

This will be BoNa Coffee Company’s 6th branch location, and will be the biggest branch to date.BoNa Coffee Company is being offered premium spaces on the first floor (39 square meters, 424 square feet) and third floor, which is the anchor location, which is flexible from 377 square meters up to 788 square meters (4,105 to 8,581 square feet).

The Joy-Nostalg Center is located along ADB Avenue and will house businesses such as the headquarters of Asia United Bank as well as 22 floors of the prestigious Oakwood Premiere serviced apartments. The center is located in a 1,700 square meter land space in the corner of ADB Avenue and Topaz Street in the heart of the Ortigas Center central business district. Bona Coffee Holdings CEO Jose Luis Gonzalez said, “We are looking forward to this new branch. Its strategic location is the ideal spot for BoNa Coffee Company as it is located right in front of major banking institutions, as well as high-end residential and commercial areas. We anticipate record increase in sales as a result of this new branch.”
